Return & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, in their original condition, with all protective seals, safety membranes, hygienic packaging and labels fully intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns will not be accepted for products that:
- have broken or removed safety seals;
- have been opened, tested or used;
- show any signs of use, damage or contamination;
- are missing original packaging or labels;
- have been improperly stored or handled after delivery.
Once the protective packaging has been opened, the product is considered accepted by the customer and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, except where required by applicable law, including cases of manufacturing defects or products that do not conform to the sales contract.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Return Procedure
Returns require prior authorization. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
