By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Orders

All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inaccurate product descriptions, or product unavailability.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Shipping

We ship throughout Latvia and other European countries, United Kingdom and USA. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products, products with broken safety seals, or products showing any signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of PREMIUMHAIRCARE.EU and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

PREMIUMHAIRCARE.EU is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure events, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the applicable legislation of the European Union.
